المخطوطات الجزائرية المحفوظة في مكتبات النيجر: دراسة في جهود الحفظ والرقمنة والتعريف بالتراث المخطوط.

يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز واقع المخطوطات الجزائرية المحفوظة في مكتبات النيجر بإفريقيا جنوب الصحراء، والكشف عن الجهود المبذولة في الحفاظ عليها ورقمنتها واتاحتها للباحثين والتعريف بها بوصفها جزءًا مهما من التراث الثقافي والعلمي المشترك بين الجزائر والنيجر. واعتمدت المداخلة على المنهج التاريخي مدعوما بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تتبع مسارات انتقال هذه المخطوطات إلى النيجر، ورصد أماكن وجودها، وتحليل المبادرات الجماعية للمؤسسات التي اهتمت بصيانتها ورقمنتها وفهرستها. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المكتبات في النيجر احتفظت برصيد قيم من مخطوطات العلماء والفقهاء الجزائريين التي تعكس عمق التواصل العلمي والثقافي بين البلدين، كما أظهرت برامج الحفظ والرقمنة مساهمة جبارة في حماية جزء معتبر من هذا التراث وتيسير الإفادة منه، رغم استمرار عدد من التحديات المرتبطة بالوسائل المتاحة التقنية والمالية. وتبرز أهمية هذه النتائج في ترسيخ الوعي بقيمة التراث المخطوط وتقوية الجهود الرامية إلى رعايته وإتاحته للباحثين.
English Abstract:
This article aims to highlight the current state of Algerian manuscripts preserved in libraries in Niger, sub-Saharan Africa, and to reveal the efforts made to preserve, digitize, and make them accessible to researchers, as well as to promote them as an important part of the shared cultural and scientific heritage between Algeria and Niger. The study employs a historical approach supported by a descriptive-analytical methodology, tracing the routes these manuscripts took to Niger, identifying their current locations, and analyzing the collective initiatives of the institutions dedicated to their preservation. The study also examined the digitization and cataloging of these manuscripts. Its findings revealed that libraries in Niger have preserved a valuable collection of manuscripts by Algerian scholars and jurists, reflecting the deep scientific and cultural ties between the two countries. Furthermore, the study highlighted the significant contribution of preservation and digitization programs in safeguarding a substantial portion of this heritage and facilitating its accessibility, despite ongoing challenges related to available technical and financial resources. The importance of these results lies in establishing awareness of the value of manuscript heritage and strengthening efforts to preserve it and make it available to researchers.
