يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أثر القيم الأخلاقية في مجال علم الحاسوب والذكاء الاصطناعي، مع تسليط الضوء على أبرز التحديات التي قد تنشأ عن استخدام هذه التقنيات، مثل انتهاك الخصوصية، والتحيز الخوارزمي، وإساءة استخدام البيانات. كما يبرز أهمية توجيه التطور التقني بقيم تحافظ على كرامة الإنسان وتحقق المصلحة العامة. وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة العلاقة بين القيم والتقنيات الحديثة، وبيان دورها في توجيه استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي. وتوصل البحث إلى أن تعزيز القيم الأخلاقية يسهم في بناء الثقة بين الإنسان والتقنية، ويؤدي إلى تطوير أنظمة ذكاء اصطناعي أكثر عدلًا وشفافية ومسؤولية.
English Abstract:
This research aims to clarify the impact of ethical values in the field of computer science and artificial intelligence, as well as the challenges that may arise from the use of these technologies, such as privacy violations, algorithmic bias, and the misuse of data. It also highlights the importance of guiding technological development with values that preserve human dignity and promote the public good. The study adopts the descriptive-analytical method to examine the relationship between values and modern technologies and to explain their role in guiding the responsible use of artificial intelligence. The research concludes that strengthening ethical values contributes to building trust between humans and technology and helps in developing artificial intelligence systems that are more fair, transparent, and responsible.
