English Abstract:
This paper presents an analysis of the *Rā’iyyah* poem in praise of the Prophet (peace be upon him), composed by the poet **Muhammad al-Amin al-Yusufari**. The primary objective of this presentation is to highlight the role of scholars in enriching Arabic literary production in Nigeria. The paper briefly addresses the following topics: an introduction; the concept of panegyric poetry (*Madīḥ*); a biographical account of the poet; the text of the poem; the poetic atmosphere; an explanation of the poem’s themes and meanings; its poetic imagery; and finally, the conclusion and the main findings of the study.
